Terms & Conditions for Izaha can be changed at anytime and we therefore advise you to check this page on a regular occasion.

All products sold on izaha.com are for personal use only. Items are not to be resold.

By using this site you are agreeing to adhere by these terms and conditions and the terms stated below.


Returns and refunds are accepted only if there is a proven manufacturing fault with the item. Once we have assessed the item we will contact you directly. We may send the item to the manufacturer for a second opinion if we feel the need to do so. If your order is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will offer you an exchange, store voucher or refund. Items for refunds and exchanges must be returned within 14 days of the receipt.

It may take up to 28 days for your returns to be processed.

All items must be unused and returned with the original tags and labels.

We will not refund posting and packaging costs.


It is possible to exchange your item with another size or item provided that the original item is:

  • In the original packaging and condition
  • Unused
  • Bought directly from izaha.com

Unfortunately, headwear and jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene.

In order to make a return or exchange please contact our head office at billing@izaha.com and a member of the team will process your enquiry.

Our business hours are Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00.

Items for refunds and exchanges must be returned within 14 days of the receipt.


To cancel an incorrect order please contact our sister site immediately at billing@izaha.com. Cancellations will not be possible once your item has been dispatched.
